Technical Services entail the brand recommendation, franchise negotiation and review and approval of designs with the franchisor. CADCI has relationships with major brands - Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, and Choice.
Hospitality
The due diligence process is materially different depending on whether the project involves a renovation or redevelopment of an existing project or is a new development opportunity. CADCI provides a comprehensive analysis of the existing conditions through the organization and managememt of multiple professional disciplines.
The development process includes mananging the entitlement and permitting process, selection of design professionals, and identifying and coordinating the pre-construction services with a general contractor. CADCI provides the oversight of the teams efforts from conceptual design through construction documents.

Owner Representation or Project Management
CADCI represents the Owner in dealings with the local governing bodies, franchisors, designers, contractors, procurement agents, and management companies. CADCI reviews all documents, schedules, organizational capabilities, and monitoring and reporting as it relates to to compliance with Owner/investor requirements.
Capital Expenditure Management
CADCI oversees the implementation of the annual capital plan at the individual property level or for multiple properties including plan development, project organization, contract management, cost accounting and contral, project closeout, and resource coordination.
