The development and construction of a 226-key resort hotel and conference center and an18-hole golf course in Flintstone, MD.

This 78-key Resort was built in sections between 1962 and 1982. One third of the facility had been vacant for 3 years.The renovation had unique challenges because of its proximity to the ocean and it was non-conforming with respect to the North Carolina CAMA and the Federal FEMA laws.
