Since 1993, CADCI's services have included project management, construction management, Owner’s representation, and FF&E procurement and installation management.

While our focus is on the hospitality industry, we are also experienced in site and golf-course development, and multifamily, office, garage, tenant build-out, and marine bulkhead construction. Our strong background in architecture, engineering, and construction as it relates to hotel development, construction, and management, is effective in identifying and avoiding problems that could become major threats to a successful project. We have found that by keeping lines of communication open between team members, the delivery of the development and building process can actually become an efficient response to problems and challenges.

All development projects require a team approach. Team members must communicate and work together if a project is to be delivered on time, per the plans and specifications, and within budget. Our role is to ensure that the team works together effectively and efficiently to achieve these goals. Additionally, we stress accountability from all team members, including CADCI's involvement, to maintain focus on these goals.
